Terms & Condition

By accessing or using the website custommadeenglish.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all transactions made through our website. Anyone requesting a service via the contact form and proceeding with payment is considered a client.

The legally binding version of this document is the one published on this page.

2. Eligibility

The minimum age to access our services is 18 years . Any client under 18 will be removed from the program without refund.

3. Requests and Purchases

To purchase a lesson package, you must send a request via the contact form. We will reply with full details of the selected package, including pricing and available payment methods.

Once confirmed, we will provide instructions for payment via bank transfer or other agreed method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to use the agreed payment method

  • The information you supply is true, correct, and complete

Custom-made English is not responsible for loss or damage arising from false or inaccurate information.

4. Price

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Currency conversion differences are beyond our control. Prices may change at any time.

5. Payment

Payment is processed off-site , after confirmation of your selected package. Available options include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Other agreed method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)

For company payments, we issue invoices at the end of the month. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Single lesson cancellation:

    • Full refund or reschedule if canceled at least 24 hours before the session.

    • No refund if canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

  • Lesson within a pack:

    • Same as above, but rescheduling is possible instead of refund.

  • Cancellation of 5/10 lesson packs:

    • Can cancel within 14 days of purchase:

      • No lessons booked: Full refund

      • First lesson booked and canceled 24h in advance: Full refund

      • First lesson canceled <24h: Lose one lesson, refund remaining

      • One or more lessons taken: 75% refund for remaining lessons

    • No refunds after 14 days.

7. Expiration of Lessons

  • 5-lesson pack: Must be used within 3 months

  • 10-lesson pack: Must be used within 6 months

  • Extensions may be granted upon written agreement.

8. Personal Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All data collected via the contact form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. For Clients with Disabilities

If you have a disability, please contact us via the dedicated form for personalized arrangements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and lesson materials, is the exclusive property of Custom-made English and protected by copyright laws.

No copying, redistribution, or modification is allowed without prior written consent.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Custom-made English against any claims resulting from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Custom-made English shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding its uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors or viruses.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain . Any disputes shall be resolved in Spanish courts.
